    Other Information

What is your past raiding experience? Include links to relevant logs/parses. If you did past raids on different characters, provide link(s) for the character(s) you used.
FYI: started playing WoW about a year before Legion launched.
    T19: 7/7M 3/3M 10/10M - all with CE
    T20: 5/9M
    T21: 5/11M - with many pulls on M Kin, M Imonar and M Aggramar

    BDK (T20 and T21 - just xferred to Ner'zhul) :
    Ret Paladin (T19):

What past guilds were you in? Please explain the circumstances of your leaving.
Daybreak - Turalyon: I never raided with them. I was always a social member because I have a couple irl friends that raided with them. I left since I wanted to do progression raiding and they didn't have room since they have such a large roster.
Ginyu Force - Kil'Jaeden: Raided extensively in T19 and parts of T20 with them. I had to leave the guild due to the late night raid times was becoming a problem irl so I had to leave to find a new guild that raided earlier.
Undaunted - Ner'zhul: All deaf/hard of hearing guild that was interesting. They asked me to swap to BDK for ToS. I left since there was a huge amount of drama involving a couple members and it eventually made the second raid team leave and form their own guild. I didn't want to be part of an environment that had a lot of drama going on. I can explain more in the interview if I am granted one.
Eternal Kingdom (Imperium team) - Proudmoore: I mained Frost and did Blood when one of the tanks couldn't make it. I left due to the leadership drama. Three officers stepped down and it stirred up some drama. It made the RL and Team Lead step down. There is a new officer core on the team. I wasn't much part of the drama but I didn't like where the team was heading. This happened around May and it was when I took my break.

What can you contribute to our guild? Why should we want you? What do you want out of our guild? Are you only interested in the guild for raiding?
I personally feel that I can contribute to the team with the amount of time I put into my characters. I am constantly researching the fights and min/maxing my character. I absolutely love seeing the results of my time devoted to my character.
The biggest things I want out of a guild right now is friendships and a solid intention to raid/M+ in BFA. With that being said, I was impressed with how the guild is set up and the guild charter.

Do you ever experience performance or latency issues (fps, lag, etc)? Are you able to react to things quickly (< 100ms)?
No, I never experience any sort of technical problems the game. I usually raid with 70 MS and 100 FPS with the system settings on 8.

What professions is your character benefiting from? Are you comfortable contributing profession-related materials or consumables to the guild bank for progression?
Alchemy is my main profession and I am picking up Herbalism in BFA to supplement Alchemy.

Do you have or are willing to install and use Discord (for communication and VoIP), and have a headset with a functioning microphone? If not, are you willing to install it and purchase a functioning headset? Do you have any issues that prevent you from communicating over voice?
I already use Discord regularly. I do have a headset with a functioning microphone.

For loot distribution we primarily use a modified EPGP system that you can view online that is based almost entirely on attendance. We may also occasionally opt to use loot council in special situations. This means that gear may be given to people other than yourself in cases where it would benefit the raid more as a whole. Are you willing to put the needs of the guild before your own in order to progress?
Yes, of course. In order to really progress, the needs of the guild must be met before my own. I do not care much about gear. I do care about my performance and how I can contribute to the guild in getting Cutting Edge or close to getting CE by the end of the tier.

You may occasionally be asked to do things you don't like. This may include: going on standby for other roles/classes, respeccing, farming mats, doing old achievement runs, or helping guild mates with incredibly random things. Is this okay with you?
Yes, absolutely. I consider myself flexible and I love going out of my way to helping people out with the game. Sometimes, I host a free carry for a +15.

Provide a link to a portrait of your character drawn by you

Please list the names of the H.R. officers listed in the guild charter and explain why knowing this is important. You may also list your favorite part of the guild charter for extra credit.
Nellabel is the HR officer in the guild.

In order to ensure that drama remains mitigated (there will always be drama), a HR officer must be incorporated to allow the opportunity for the person that may be offended to speak up in confidentiality. If the drama continues to fester, it spreads to other members that do not want to be involved in it and can break up a team. Unfortunately, I have seen this happen many times in Legion and I do not like it one bit.
I love the rules that is enforced for progression raiding. I love the serious raiding mindset but continually try to foster a healthy community in other aspects.

Additional information you would like to have taken under consideration:

(Optional) If your class is not currently being recruited, please indicate whether or not you are satisfied with being a casual or substitute. Please also provide a brief reasoning why you'd like to be in Reclamations despite potentially not having a core raiding spot:
My class is being recruited so this is not applicable.

(Optional) Do you know any Reclamations members, and if so, who?

You definitely took your time filling out the application which we really appreciate since it helps us to get to know you better as a person and not just a player (even drew a picture that many skip over). I am sorry to hear about your past guild with drama since it is frustrating to go through and makes it unpleasant to raid sometimes. Every guild has some type of drama but as a guild we try to end potential drama events before they even happen if we able to catch it in time otherwise we talk to our guild members on a consistent basis to see how they are feeling about the raid or any other concerns. We are actually are in need of a tank going into BFA since we are now preparing and rebuilding for the expansion. If you would like to trial in the coming weeks or have any questions please let an officer or myself know, Drekkar#1219!
