Enter your Name / Class / Primary Spec(s)
    Kaeve / Hunter / MM

Enter your BattleTag and/or Discord ID

    Armory Link to Character

Which specializations of your class can you play proficiently?
    All 3

What other max-level alts do you have? Provide armory links.
I currently have all classes at 110, but with the new expansion close upon us don't feel the need to post every one here.

It's important to note that I am not applying on Hunter, that is my Alliance main that I played all of Legion and will continue to play throughout BFA for Vindicatum. I will probably be playing one or two Horde toons based on what is useful for my group's M+ purposes as well as Raid needs.

If pushed, I would say that my class application for this guild would be Warlock or Balance Druid.

Are you able to make the following raid times?
    7:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Tuesday,
    7:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Thursday

    Who (if applicable) referred you?

Have you read the guild charter?

    Personal Information

What is your real-life age, gender, etc?
    27, Male

What is your location / time-zone?
    Kansas City, Central Standard Time

Do you have any real-life issues (medical, technical or otherwise) that may inhibit your ability to play occasionally?

    Other Information

What is your past raiding experience? Include links to relevant logs/parses. If you did past raids on different characters, provide link(s) for the character(s) you used.
My raiding history includes the following highlights:

Tier 11: US 27th (Shadow Priest) with Raiding Rainbows
Tier 12: US 17th (Shadow Priest) with Raiding Rainbows
Tier 19: US 38th (MM Hunter) with Vindicatum
Tier 20: US 37th (MM Hunter) with Vindicatum
Tier 21: US 31st (MM Hunter) with Vindicatum
Tier 22: US 60th (MM Hunter) with Vindicatum

    Kaeve Logs:

For ABT, I had a couple fights that I handled major mechanics for and parsing was not as important to me as it was in previous tiers. Overall, I like to prove my proficiency on my spec with my parses but not often do so at the cost of the raid's ability to kill a boss.

What past guilds were you in? Please explain the circumstances of your leaving.
See above for guild history. Left Raiding Rainbows due to College (which explains the large gap in playing with a guild in WoW for progression purposes). I am currently an Officer in Vindicatum and plan to continue raiding with them in BFA.

What can you contribute to our guild? Why should we want you? What do you want out of our guild? Are you only interested in the guild for raiding?
I'm looking for a more casual environment to enjoy the game in outside of simply the more hard core push of my Alliance guild -- along with an environment that I can hopefully also enjoy playing the game with some family and friends.

While I much enjoy playing and enjoying the game casually with friends and guild mates, I take the class proficiency element very seriously. Hunter was extremely fun for me in Legion and I ranked as high as #5 MM for the US at the end of Tier 20 --

My interest is very general -- as I am only potentially available on Tuesdays and Thursdays due to conflicts with my Alliance guild. I am happy to be a substitute or help in any way I can on those days in whatever capacity is needed.

Do you ever experience performance or latency issues (fps, lag, etc)? Are you able to react to things quickly (< 100ms)?
I've had some computer issues in the last year, but nothing that would substantially affect my raiding capabilities.

What professions is your character benefiting from? Are you comfortable contributing profession-related materials or consumables to the guild bank for progression?
I plan to have a couple toons rolling gathering professions in BFA and would be willing to contribute where needed.

Do you have or are willing to install and use Discord (for communication and VoIP), and have a headset with a functioning microphone? If not, are you willing to install it and purchase a functioning headset? Do you have any issues that prevent you from communicating over voice?
Have Discord and no issues communicating over voice.

For loot distribution we primarily use a modified EPGP system that you can view online that is based almost entirely on attendance. We may also occasionally opt to use loot council in special situations. This means that gear may be given to people other than yourself in cases where it would benefit the raid more as a whole. Are you willing to put the needs of the guild before your own in order to progress?
I guess with Personal Loot being forced in BFA is this irrelevant?

You may occasionally be asked to do things you don't like. This may include: going on standby for other roles/classes, respeccing, farming mats, doing old achievement runs, or helping guild mates with incredibly random things. Is this okay with you?
    No issues here.

Provide a link to a portrait of your character drawn by you
Art is not my strong suit.

Please list the names of the H.R. officers listed in the guild charter and explain why knowing this is important. You may also list your favorite part of the guild charter for extra credit.

I assume this is important because this person would be fielding any general questions about the structure of the guild for new players.

Additional information you would like to have taken under consideration:
Mine will not be the only application this week as a few of my brothers and a couple friends will also be applying for different purposes and goals. While we all do want to end up in the same guild together, we also understand if each person's desires cannot be fully accommodated.

I will stress from my end, that other than my restriction of not being able to raid Wednesdays (and maybe a couple Tuesdays at the beginning of every tier) I am fairly willing to do what I can to help the guild and progression efforts wherever I am able.

(Optional) If your class is not currently being recruited, please indicate whether or not you are satisfied with being a casual or substitute. Please also provide a brief reasoning why you'd like to be in Reclamations despite potentially not having a core raiding spot:
I will probably be playing something that is useful to the guild, but if it's not at the given time -- I have no issue being a substitute.

(Optional) Do you know any Reclamations members, and if so, who?
    None currently.

We would be happy to have you along as a sub when you are able to join us, but we also can't offer a core spot while you are unable to make all the raid times. Depending on roster fluctuations, this can go from us needing you every night to not being able to use you at all.

I understand you may be looking for a more casual environment to raid along with less progressed friends and family. Depending on the gap in experience here we would be happy to have more social players, but roster stability is our major concern and for the rest of the group this raid time is their only time for serious progression.

The strict 20 and new lack of loot control are a damper to wanting to field subs or aspiring new mythic raiders, so our accommodations for a group of applicants is limited. We do however also have a co-op run with another guild on Sundays which tends to stick to normal/heroic which may suit the needs and give everyone playtime together.
