    Other Information

What is your past raiding experience? Include links to relevant logs/parses. If you did past raids on different characters, provide link(s) for the character(s) you used.
I have little relevant raid experience. I raided heroic Highmaul but had to quit when the guild reached mythic because my PC was having fps issues. I've played WoW on and off since Mists and never fully raided through a tier.

What past guilds were you in? Please explain the circumstances of your leaving.
Wipe Control - Ner'Zhul: Raided Heroic Highmaul with them, left because of PC issues.

What can you contribute to our guild? Why should we want you? What do you want out of our guild? Are you only interested in the guild for raiding?
I'm a person who values having a good time and seeks out challenging experiences. I'm a highly competitive player who tends to place in the top 1% of any multiplayer game I play (High diamond in League of Legends, Master in Starcraft 2, 20% winrate in Fortnite). My level of skill in those games is due to working hard on improving and problem solving. I'm sure I can transfer these skills to WoW. I want a solid raiding foundation that allows me to experience content at a challenging pace.

Do you ever experience performance or latency issues (fps, lag, etc)? Are you able to react to things quickly (< 100ms)?
No. Since Warlords I have gotten a new PC which is able to run WoW smoothly.

What professions is your character benefiting from? Are you comfortable contributing profession-related materials or consumables to the guild bank for progression?
I am leveling up Herbalism/Inscription on Zuluzar and Tailoring/Alchemy on Lindrael and would be willing to contribute to the guild bank but will probably be unreliable when it comes to professions.

Do you have or are willing to install and use Discord (for communication and VoIP), and have a headset with a functioning microphone? If not, are you willing to install it and purchase a functioning headset? Do you have any issues that prevent you from communicating over voice?
I have discord and a headset. I have no issues that prevent me from communicating.

For loot distribution we primarily use a modified EPGP system that you can view online that is based almost entirely on attendance. We may also occasionally opt to use loot council in special situations. This means that gear may be given to people other than yourself in cases where it would benefit the raid more as a whole. Are you willing to put the needs of the guild before your own in order to progress?
I assume this section of the application is irrelevant since Blizzard is moving to a personal loot system in raids.

You may occasionally be asked to do things you don't like. This may include: going on standby for other roles/classes, respeccing, farming mats, doing old achievement runs, or helping guild mates with incredibly random things. Is this okay with you?
I will be helpful and social with guild mates and help out when I can. If I raid mythic with your guild this expansion, I plan to be indispensable. If my dps is low enough that you would substitute in other players because their class is more suited to the encounter then I would probably quit. My plan is be an excellent raider so that it would never be worthwhile to swap me out regardless of ideal composition.

Provide a link to a portrait of your character drawn by you

Please list the names of the H.R. officers listed in the guild charter and explain why knowing this is important. You may also list your favorite part of the guild charter for extra credit.
Nellabel and Schellala. These will be the officers I will communicate to if I am having a dispute with a guild mate or have an issue with the guild.

Additional information you would like to have taken under consideration:

(Optional) If your class is not currently being recruited, please indicate whether or not you are satisfied with being a casual or substitute. Please also provide a brief reasoning why you'd like to be in Reclamations despite potentially not having a core raiding spot:
I am interested in raiding with the guild on progression content. I believe that I can achieve a level of proficiency with feral druid that whether or not my spec fits into the ideal composition is irrelevant. My main motivation for joining Reclamations is to raid, if I am not able to obtain a core raiding spot then I will not have fun playing WoW and will look for another guild.

(Optional) Do you know any Reclamations members, and if so, who?

We are currently not able to accept players to our core raid without mythic raiding experience and unfortunately the character armories you have provided are virtually blank. Applicants are expected to boast a lengthy résumé of historical raid progression or rapid progression through current content along with relevant personal achievements and character maintenance. The hard 'No' on the mspaint request is also a grievous offense.

I understand you may be applying as a friend of another applicant to potentially raid together? We do accept friends and social players to raid with us when appropriate, but cannot provide a training grounds for players just beginning to scratch the surface of end-game raiding.

You state you plan to make yourself indispensable to the roster and would quit if you had to be subbed or if your dps were too low, which is an incompatible mindset to have with progression raiding. There are plenty of times where even our best players are asked to sub out or play vastly inferior alts when it suits the encounter, this is just a fact of the game.

Thanks for the time to review my application. I understand your position and while I am planning to play this expansion with the player who referenced the guild to me I feel that your guild wouldn't be a good fit for me. I had assumed that you would be doing heroics with the maximum roster and then take the best 20 players in that group to mythic. Even with my inexperience in WoW raiding what I expected was that if I was a top dps in the normal/heroic runs then that would count as my resume since I have no prior experience. Regardless I feel I am not what your guild is looking for in a raider and you are not what I am looking for in a guild.

Thank you and good luck raiding in BfA.
